ER 4x4 girls run an official 3:54.31...their second national title in less than an hour! They also won the 4x8 in 9:14! Other finishers in the 4x2 were:

Tiffani Long from Long Reach jumped 17-11.50, 2 inches off of All-American status. Marcus Wyche of Paint Branch placed 8th in thte 200, running 50.71.

Update #15: 1:50pm
In the Boys Freshman Mile, Graham Bazell ran an impressive 4:35.76 (68, 2:18, 3:28, 4:35), and Andrew Cross from Liberty ran 4:41. Andrew Revelle got 12th in the Boys Mile, running 4:23. In the girls Freshman Mile, Kristen Malloy ran 5:17. Alison Smith placed 4th in the Girls Mile, running 4:57 (73, 2:27, 3:43, 4:57), while Marika Walker went 5:12.50. In the girls 400, Shalaiyah Sommerville of Western ran 58.06 and finished 7th. Charles Elmer of Long Reach long jumped 29-9, while Saniel Atkinson of McNamara high jumped 5-5. Theresa Lewis placed 3rd in the 60m hurdles, running 8.42.

Update #14: 11:55am
Kristen Malloy of Hereford runs a 5:17 in the freshman mile...splits were (76, 2:36, 3:59, 5:17). Tyreka Arrington of ER ran 5:43. In the 60m hurdles, Theresa Lewis advanced to the finals with the fastest qualifying time (8.52). Justin Murdock of Glen Burnie TC finishes 10th in 6.93. Brett Brown of CH Flowers also narrowly misses the finals in the boys 60m Hurdles (9th, 8.10).

Update #13: 11:00am
In the boys 60 meter dash, Justin Murdock advanced to the semi finals with a time of 6.94. Aaron Anderson of Bishop McNamara finished 22nd with a time of 7.05.
In the girls 60m dash, Devin Robinson of McDonogh barely missed the semis, finishing 22nd in 7.90. Waquesha Canty of Maryland Jags took 28th in 7.97.

Update #12: 9:34am
In the boys 800, Kelli Thibou of ER runs 1:57.21. Evan Shields of Gonzaga runs 2:01.01 and Chris Anderson of Forestville runs 2:02.13.
In the girls 800m, Tunisia Milner of ER ran 2:21.32, while Halsey Sinclair ran 2:21.99, barely beating sister Ashlyn who rolled to a 2:22.44.
In the girls 60m hurdles, Theresa Lewis was the top qualifier with a time of 8.50. Audrey Gairepy of Winston Churchill also qualified for the semis with a time of 9.09. Nicole Robinson of Atholton and Kierra Holiday of Largo tied for 21st, both running 9.27.

Update #11: 8:21am
Centrowitz and Parker have killer 2 miles! Centrowitz runs an unofficial 9:20!!! He had splits of 2:20, 4:39 (2:19), 6:59 (2:20), 9:20 (2:21). Parker ran 9:36 unofficially with a splits of 2:23, 4:47 (2:24), 7:14 (2:27), 9:36 (2:22).

Update #10: 7:30am
2 miles will be starting soon! Drew Abernethy of Georgetown Prep and Dwight Parker of Woodlawn will be competing in the first section, while Matt Centrowitz will be competing in the second section.

After the 2 miles, the first three sections of the 800 will be run. The girls side will feature the Sinclair sisters in heat 2. The boys side will have Antony Kironji of Paint Branch and Chris Anderson of Forestville in heat 1, Evan Shields of Gonzaga in heat 3, Joseph Chapman of Bishop McNamara and Sean Guy of Westlake in heat 4, and Kelli Thibou of ER in heat 5. Update #9: 7:30pm:
G DMR:
Eleanor Roosevelt took home the silver medal behind these amazing approximate splits (3:48, 60, 2:17, 5:02). ER\'s B team ran 12:23 for 8th place.

B TJ:
Jason Gross of the McDonogh School took home the bronze medal wiht a jump of 47 feet, 6.25 inches. Craig Gaddy of Bladensburg jumped 43-9, while Tyrone Putnam of Gonzaga jumped 42-03.50.

Update #8: 6:30pm:
B 200m: The best MD runner in the qualifying round was Aaron Anderson of Bishop McNamara, who placed 22nd and ran 22.50. Craig Gaddy of Bladensburg was the 2nd MD runner, running 22.76 and placing 29th. 5 runners placed back to back to......back. They were:

37 - David Matthews - Arundel - 22.93
37 - Charles Johnson - Una - 22.93
39 - Brandon Wright - Long Reach - 22.99

Update #7: 5:27pm
Christine Vidmar of Reservoir placed 8th in the Weight Throw with a throw of 41 feet, 7 inches.

G 200m:
Robyn Chapman of J-Elite TC qualified for the finals tomorrow with an 8th place showing of 25.42! Jamiece DeCoster of McDonough placed 17th in 25.83 while Alexis Booker of Freindly placed 18th in 25.91. Patricia Anwanyu of ER ran 26.45 and placed 27th. Update #6: 5:00pm B 400m:
Marcus Wyche of Paint Branch placed 4th in the preliminaries with a time of 49.72, qualifying him for the finals on Sunday. Corryl Boyd of Westlake narrowly missed the finals, placing 12th in 50.56. Aaron Taylor of Gonzaga placed 19th with a time of 50.84

Boys Pentathlon
Jason Allen of Mount Hebron bronze medaled in the pentathlon! His marks/times/throws were: 60mH 8.65, LJ 22-03.00, SP 37-11.00, HJ 6-03.25, 1000m 2:58.96 (Splits: 34, 64, 1:44, 2:24, 2:58) - 3562pts - 3rd place!

Girls Pentathlon:
Kierra Holiday of Largo placed 13th in the pentathlon competion with the following marks/times/throws - 60m H 9.30, HJ 4\'10-5\", SP 24-05.5, LJ 15-04 800m 2:51 (Splits: 32, 1:17, 2:04, 2:51 - 2760pts

Shalaiyah Sommerville of the Flying Doves qualified for the finals tomorrow with a 7th place finish in 57.89! Robyn Chapman of J-Elite TC placed 13th with a 58.95. Monica Mason of Bishop McNamara ran a 59.41 for 17th. Leslie Morrison of the E-Sqaus ran 59.61. Mariba Ferguson of ER ran 60.04.
