Kentucky Wesleyan College Athletics

Sixty-one Kentucky Wesleyan College student-athletes in 13 sports received their bachelor degrees on Saturday, May 14, during the school's 143rd annual Commencement.
    
The 61 represents 39.0 percent of the 164-member 2011 graduating class.
    
"This marks the third straight year we have had over 60 student-athletes graduate," said Gary Gallup, KWC director of athletics.
  
 "The numbers of graduating student-athletes over the past three years indicates that our coaches and athletic staff are committed to the importance of education for the young people in our program,"
