Thomas Washington, 2010 Logan County graduate passed away yesterday as he was beginning his freshmen year at Western Kentucky University. Washington, the 2009 Class AA Triple Jump Champion missed his senior track season with a torn ACL he suffered during the Henderson County Indoor Meet this past February. Even with the injury he signed to compete for the Hilltoppers of Western Kentucky University.
