COMPLETE OVC TRACK AND FIELD REPORT
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Eastern Kentucky University freshman
Bianca Forbes has been named the OVC Female Track Athlete of the Week for the second time this season. Forbes set a new school record in the indoor 400 meters Friday night at the Indiana University Hoosier Hills Open, clocking an OVC-best time of 55.55.
Forbes finished second overall in the race behind only 2008 4X400 Olympic gold medalist Mary Wineberg.
Her 400 meters time is the best in the OVC by almost 0.8 seconds.
Forbes also clocked the 10th fastest 200 meters time in the conference when she ran a 25.49 at the Rod McCravy Invitational on Jan. 29.
The Toronto, Ontario native was first named the OVC Female Track Athlete of the Week on Jan. 19 after she ran a 56.68 in the 400 meters at first ever collegiate meet.

Christopher Rengifo as Colonels who have won OVC weekly awards this season.
The Colonels have won an OVC weekly honor every week in which they have competed.
Forbes will try to win a conference title in the 400 meters at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 26-27 in Nashville, Tenn.
