Results From Cicada Classic
Joseph Impellitteri made the trek up to Ohio from the Bluegrass state a successful one on Wednesday night with his 1st place showing in the 1600 meter contest at the Cicada Classic.
Impellitterri, a rising senior from Conner High School, clocked 4:26.28 to establish his new personal best mark at the distance. He's built considerable momentum of late, which includes a 1600m victory at Class AAA Region 5 followed by a twelfth place finish in the same event at the KHSAA State Championships.
