Coming in with 47 votes each, Masters and O'Dea both had front row seats to watch Conner O'Shea take the individual title in 2019 as they crossed the line 2nd and 3rd respectively. Each will have their work cut out for them because with the throne wide open, there's a deep pool of guys extremely close in PR's ready to make 2020 their year.

As really no surprise to anyone, Ciara is the overwhelming favorite to take the state title once again, and for very good reason. She has yet to show an achilles heel and no one has been able to challenge her in the state since her meteoric rise to the top. With all that being said, 2020 has been an extremely odd year full of surprises, so who's to say someone can't emerge as a serious threat to O'Shea's dynasty?
