The poll has closed and the votes have been tabulated -- Kaylie Kenne is the MileSplit Ohio Performer of the Weekend!

The University of Kentucky bound senior had an excellent 3200 performance at the Eastern Relays, where she secured a second place finish behind Beavercreek's Taylor Ewert

Kenne closed hard on the final lap and came in at 10:46.42, less than a second behind Ewert. The field not only battled strong competition, but also heavy rain and high winds throughout the contest.

Kenne is the state leader in the 3200 due to her 10:40.30 first place showing at the Medina Relays on April 6th. That result also stands as a US No. 23 among senior class athletes for the 2019 outdoor season.
