One of eight guys to run under 21 in the 200m. Had an amazing season over all with he ran the 200m dash six times with every time he ran sub 21.88. He PR'd in the 60m dash running 6.70 but also placed third at NBNI in the 60m with a 6.73. Heslop also ran a seasons best in the 400m 49.23. The senior ran solid all season but poured it on at the end of the season when it counted the most.

Won the 400m at NBNI, tying Tyrese Cooper for seventh-fastest all-time time and sixth-fastest all-time performer in 46.55. His consistency in the 400m was unmatched. He also ran 21.18 for US No. 5 in the 200m and 6.79 for US No. 7 in the 60m dash earlier this year.

Finished the season off US No. 2 in the 400m (46.99) and was part of two national-record-setting relays, the 4x400m relay and 4x200m relay. He also has the US No. 4 time in the 500m (1:04.60) and US No. 2 time in the 300m (33.62).

Was extremely consistent in the weight throw all season. He set a national record in the heavier collegiate 35-pound weight throw and is US No. 8 all-time in the normal high school implement. Consistency is key with Knight. The junior was undefeated with nine wins, four of those wins coming with throws of 80 feet of more. He also placed fifth at New Balance Nationals Indoor in the shot put and was undefeated in the shot put until nationals.

Lang caps off a strong season after running 6.65 to place second at New Balance Nationals Indoor. He holds the second-fastest 60m dash time of the year and fifth-fastest all-time mark with his 6.62 from the UK High School Invitational earlier in the season.

Finished fourth in the 60m dash at NBNI with a 6.81, but then followed it up with a 21.23 to place second in the 200m finals. He finishes off his season ranked US No. 3 in the 60 with a 6.65 and US No. 2 in the 200m with a 21.09. Both of his personal-best marks are from the UK High School Invitational.

Caps off his season helping his team to run three national titles (DMR, 4xmile and 4x800m), two of which are national records (DMR and 4xmile). US No. 16 in the 2-mile (9:11.74—with converted 3200m times, he moves down to No. 26). US No. 6 in the mile (4:09.68), US No. 8 in the 1600m (4:13.22) and US No. 8 in the 1000m (2:27.23).
