Sabastian Rhode

Sabastian Rhode, senior, at Southwestern has committed to run for Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.  Rhode is the Southwestern school record holder in the 5000m Run with a best time of 16:14.  Rhode is a two time individual regional champion in cross country and a two time regional champion in the 3200m Run in track.  He finished out his high school cross country career finishing seventh at the Kentucky State Class AAA Cross Country Meet.  He will join his former teammate, Jacob Belwood at Western Kentucky next year.
