Will Allen (Paul Dunbar) finished 2nd in the 400m Dash at New Balance Outdoor Nationals. He ran a 46.38 which is a new Kentucky All-Time #1. This is Allen's 2nd All-American finish at New Balance this year as he was 4th overall at New Balance Indoor. Check out the Interview below:
