Former Butler Star Tretez Kinnaird is Transferring, Where is he Heading?

Former Butler High School Star Tretez Kinnaird has announced he is leaving Indiana University after two years in Bloomington.

Tretez earned All-American Honors in the Distance Medley Relay his Freshman year during Indoor Season. He was the 2015 Big Ten Conference Champion in the 800m Run during his sophomore season this past winter. Last summer he won 2014 USATF Junior Nationals going on to finish 6th at the Junior World Championship held in Eugene, Oregon.

While in high school he became the first Kentuckian to go under 1:50 setting a new KY #1 time of 1:49.31.

He is considering the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, Oklahoma State University, and the University of Virginia as potential transfer schools.
