Butler All-American Tretez Kinnaird has announced via Twitter that his senior season is officially over.
He tweeted, "Season officially over, this hurts so much. I want to thank my Butler family and the state of Ky for the last 4 years for everything."
Kinnaird was the 2012 & 2011 Class AAA State Champion at 800m. He has the overall Kentucky #1All-Time of 1:49.31 set at the Music City Distance Carnival last year. He is coming off a victory in the 800m at the Eastern Relays two weeks ago. He has the #1 overall time in the nation during the 2013 Indoor Season. He will continue his career at Indiana University next year.
