COLUMBIA, Ky. -- Jamaine Gordon has been named the head men’s and women’s cross country and track & field coach at Lindsey Wilson College, athletic director Willis Pooler announced on Tuesday.

, senior at Spencer County has signed to play football at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia. He will also compete for the track team at Lindsey Wilson.

In an effort to honor the top track and field performers from Kentucky, KYtrackXC.com will have a weekly set of Athletes of the Week. There will be Middle School, High School, and College awardees. Former Kentucky High School Track and Field athletes currently running in college are eligible for the College award, even if he or she attends a school out-of-state.
This week, KYtrackXC.com honors Athletes of the Week for each High School Class since the competition Saturday at the Mason-Dixon Games was broken up into classes.
