Meet Information
Where: Bob Noble Park, 2915 Park Avenue, Paducah, KY. A flat, fast course run mostly on grass! Use the Park Avenue entrance and exit by the baseball fields! Buses will be allowed to unload at the tennis courts and will be directed through the park by St. Mary cross-country boosters. All other gates will be closed.

9:00 a.m. Coaches Meeting @ Starting Line
9:30 a.m. Elementary Race Girls & Boys combined (1600m)
9:45 a.m. Girls Varsity 5000m (two repeat long loops)
10:20 a.m. Boys Varsity 5000m (two repeat long loops)
11:00 a.m. Girls Middle School 4000m (short loop first and long loop last)
11:30 a.m. Boys Middle School 4000m (short loop first and long loop last)
Awards ceremony will follow the last race!

3 Team Awards in the Girls and Boys Varsity Races
2 Team Awards in the Girls and Boys Middle School Races
Medals to the top 30 in the Varsity Races
Medals to the top 25 in the Middle School Races
Ribbons to all finishers in Elementary Race
Medals to the top 10 Girls & Boys in Elementary Race
Timing: Races will be scored using Hy-Tek. We will also have a backup scoring system.
Scoring: For a team to count in the scoring, they must have at least 5 runners finish. The 6th and 7th runners will be counted as pushers. A 6th runner will be used as a tiebreaker. The team with the best 6th place finisher shall prevail. KHSAA tie breaking rules will be used! If all technology works right, we will have results available for all coaches.
KHSAA: All athletes and coaches shall follow the rules set forth by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association. This includes Middle School!
*Admission is free. Concessions and short-sleeve T-Shirts will be available for purchase.
Entries: There will be unlimited entries in all races! Each Varsity team may enter 10 runners as the designated official team * but must be declared before the race.* All extra runners get to count as a race and will be able to earn awards, but will not be scored as a second team or score for the first team. PLEASE declare on your entries the grades of your runners (necessary for records purposes) and whether they are competing in Elementary School , Middle School, or Varsity.
*Elementary Race athletes must be in the 5th grade and under!
Entry Fees:
Elementary School Teams $2.00 Per Individual, Girls and Boys
Middle School Teams $45.00 for Girls, $45.00 for Boys, $10.00 Per Individual
Varsity Teams $55.00 for Girls, $55.00 for Boys, $10.00 Per Individual
There will be an extra $10.00 fee per teamif each is not entered by HY-TEK.
(ex.MS Boys/ MS Girls/Var. Boys/ Var. Girls = 4 teams) (There will also be no refundssince we have the awards already
