KTCCCA All-Area Teams for the 2009 Cross Country Season.

 Post-season awards for the 2009 Kentucky Cross Country season decided by the Kentucky Track & Cross Country Coaches Association.

Not enough can be said about the amount of pressure that is on the favorites to win the state title each year. These are the teams that got it done in the face of adversity all year and hoisted the trophy this weekend with everybody gunning for them.

Results are up from the KY State Meet, some of the pictures are up with more to come tonight or tomorrow. Congratulations to all the athletes!!!!

Sayre 7th Grader Maddox Patterson and Walton Verona's Trevin Peterson won the Class A State titles this morning.  The St. Henry Crusaders won both the Boys and Girls State Team titles.

Many will seek individual honors at either the historic Foot Locker National Cross Country Championships or Nike Cross National Championships. Nike Cross Nationals will offer the Team National Championship.
