Class A Kentucky State Meet Recap Cold Wind & Mist Edition Jonathan Grooms Nov 15, 2008

What a day, cold wind, a little sleet what else can you ask for?  Even with the crazy weather the 2008 Kentucky State Cross Country Meet turned out pretty well.  A course did not slow down the times and just helped make the 5,000 Meter Run a little more interesting for the runners.  (Class A State Champion James Maglasang crossing the line to win)

KHSAA Changes to Classes, Regions, and Qualifying Jonathan Grooms Jul 6, 2008

As the official start of cross country practice looms near KYtrackXC.com will bring to light for those who do not know a couple major changes that have happened for this fall.  The KHSAA has altered the qualification process for teams to make it to the Kentucky State Cross Country Championship in November and has also re-aligned the high schools from 18 previous regions (6 in each class) to 21 regions (7 in each class.)
