Meet Information
Date: Wednesday, April 9th, 2008
Location: Lloyd Memorial High School
Time: 4:30 P.M. (Coaches meeting at 4:15 at the finish line)
Cost: Entry fee is $60.00. (Boys and Girls constitute two teams). Additional teams can be added for $25.00. Individuals can be added for $5.00. Make all checks payable to Lloyd Memorial Track & Field. Please mail checks to Tichenor Middle School (attn: Greg Duty) or bring the day of the meet.
Entry Deadline: Friday, April 4th, 2008
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1 (additional teams do not count for scoring, but those athletes will receive awards)
Awards: There will be a team trophy given to the 1st and 2nd place teams. Medals will be awarded to 1st-3rd place and ribbons to 4th-6th place in each event. An award will also be given to the outstanding male and female athlete of the meet.
Entries: Only enter 2 athletes per event and 1 relay team. Please submit entries using Hy-tek. All Hy-tek entries need to be emailed to Ed Cook @ Ed.cook@kenton.kyschools.us
Running Events: Regular order of events. All heats are final. The boys will run immediately after the girls. The 300m hurdles and 3200m run will not be contested.
Field Events: All field events will be finals with 3 attempts. All rounds following round #1 will be on a rolling schedule. The events of Triple Jump and Pole Vault will not be contested.

Concessions: The Lloyd Memorial Athletic Boosters will be selling food and beverages.
