Coaches,
"The Lexington School" is hosting our 12th annual XC meet at the TLS Campus on Tuesday, October 3rd.
(TLS is in Lexington,KY at 1050 Lane Allen Road).
We have a middle school (8th & under) and elementary (6th & under) meet on a fun course with haybale jumps (or alternate no-jump path), a lot of shaded trail path, and a small step creek crossing.but still a coach & spectator friendly course.
Entry fee is $15 for each race a team enters (so a max of $60 if you entered all 4 races) with awards for teams and individuals. $5 for an individual athlete not on a full team. 3K distance for elementary races, 4K for middle school.
4:40pm -- Boys Elementary 3K
5:00pm -- Girls Elementary 3K
5:25pm -- Boys Middle School 4K
5:50pm -- Girls Middle School 4K
Plenty of parking! Bathrooms, Lockerrooms are available.

Here is some extra information for The Lexington School Elementary & Middle School meet.
WHEN -- Tuesday, October 3rd
WHERE -- TLS Campus is located at 1050 Lane Allen Road (for GPS devices).but maybe more accurate would be to punch in the intersection of Lane Allen Road & Georgian Way.
Georgian Way has the most on-street parking (busses would enter the larger entrance into TLS on Georgian Way -- NOT the lower Lane Allen entrance)
ENTRIES -- You can do online entry at www.kytrackxc.com (starting on Sept.1). There is no problem with elementary kids running up in the middle school race if you want/need to.
ENTRY FEE - $15 for each race a team enters (a max of $60 if you entered all 4 races). $5 for individuals not on a full team.
DISTANCES -- 3K for elementary, 4K for middle school
RACE TIMES -- We may wait 5-10 minutes extra to start if necessary for a team or two to arrive. But keep in mind that even if an elementary runner is late.they can still jump into the middle school race with no problem except that they are running farther (but the 3K is marked so you could get their split).
