Meet Information

This meet is open to any elementary school runners (grades 5 and under). The entry fee for each team is $40. One check may be issued in the amount of $80 for both teams (boys and girls together). Individuals can enter for $10. Any fees not paid on/before meet day will be charged a $20 collection fee.

Interested teams/coaches, please email to be included in future correspondence. We will accept entries until Wednesday, May 10th unless the meet fills before that.

Order of events
Coaches Meeting: 8:30am
Field events and running events will begin at 9:00am
• 4x800m Relay
• 100m
• 1600m
• 4x100m
• 400m (waterfall start, no lanes)
• 800m
• 200m
• 4x400m
For distance races (4x800m, 1600m, 800m) we may run boys and girls together depending on field size.

Field events: Open pit (boys and girls) Long Jump & Shot Put starting at 9am, TurboJav to follow shot put.

Each athlete is limited to a maximum of 3 events. Teams may enter all of their athletes in up to 3 events. Each team will be allowed 1- 4x800m relay and 2- 4x400m relays. Events may be broken up by grade or into 5th and under & 3rd and under divisions depending on the field sizes.

Admission will be charged to all spectators at a rate of $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for children 5 and older. Concessions will be available.

Awards: Medals will be given to the top 3 places in each event and ribbons to places 4-6. There will also be 1st and 2nd place team trophies.

Entries will be submitted electronically via milesplit.
Competitor numbers will be assigned and emailed to coaches prior to the meet. They will also be available in the packets handed out at the coaches meeting. Any teams adding athletes to the roster on meet day will be charged $10/athlete.
