BSHS Middle School Invitational
Friday April 21st, 2017
Thank you for your interest in attending the Bryan Station High Schools Middle School Invitational. All entries for this meet will be done through KYTRACKXC.
Competitor numbers will be assigned and emailed to coaches prior to the meet. They will also be available in the packets handed out at the coaches meeting.
Where: Bryan Station High School Track, 201 Eastin Rd, Lexington, KY 40505
Start Time: Coaches Meeting 5:45pm
Events Begin 6:00pm
Cost: Entry Fee is $45 per team (boys and girls will count as two teams). Individual athletes will be $10 each.
Please make checks payable to BSHS Track and Field and mail them to
BSHS attn Kathy Broadnax/ Track and Field
201 Eastin Rd, Lexington, KY 40505
You may also bring them on the day of the meet.
Meet Format: Running and field events will be in the regular order on a rolling schedule.
We will have high Jump, pole vault and Turbo Jav at this meet, and they will all receive rewards, however they will not be counted in the scoring.
Awards: There will be a team trophy for the 1st and 2nd place teams on the girls and the boys side. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event, ribbons for 4th-8th place.
Entries: Each team may enter 2 athletes per event and 1 relay team. Athletes may only be entered into 4 events total including relays. You may enter multiple teams.
Admission: to the track will be $5 for adults and $3 for children
Concessions: will be sold at the meet
