ENTRY PROCEEDURES - We will be using Hy-Tek computerized scoring system. All schools must use
Hy-Tek to e-mail their complete roster to David Flaugher (dflaugheris@gmail.com). If you dont already
have it you may Download Hytek TM Lite from the rundcac.com website. It, plus step by step
instructions are located at this website. E-mail your complete Hy-Tek team roster to David by Tuesday, Sept 22nd.
ENTRY FEES - $3.00 per runner or $120 (max) per school with 40 or more total runners. Entry fees will be collected the day of the race. (Make check payable to SIC Cross Country)
CHIP TIMING - This year we will use either a bib chip or shoe chip. All chips need to be turned in at the conclusion of each race. You will be charged $10 for each lost or unreturned chip.
Awards Team and Individual - 1ST & 2ND place team trophies for all races. Individual awards (see below) Ribbons to everyone who finishes.

9:30am 8 & U fun run mile top 3 medals boys, top 3 medals girls
9:45am 6-8 girls 2k top 3 trophies, 4-15 medals
10:00am 6-8 boys 2k top 3 trophies, 4-15 medals
10:25am 9-10 girls 3k top 3 trophies, 4-15 medals
10:50am 9-10 boys 3k top 3 trophies, 4-15 medals
11:20am 11-12 girls 3k top 3 trophies, 4-15 medals
11:45am 11-12 boys 3k top 3 trophies, 4-15 medals
12:10pm 13-14 girls 4k top 3 trophies, 4-15 medals
12:45 pm 13-14 boys 4k top 3 trophies, 4-15 medals
A Rolling Schedule will take place. As soon as one race is over, the next will start. Top 4 from each school
score. 1 team per school in each race (unlimited runners)
