KYtrackXC.com has put together a chart that allows easy access to the past Kentucky State Meet pages.  This chart goes back to 1960 with much more planned for the future.  Not all of the years have results up yet, but we hope to have access to all the top times from the state meets of the past available eventually. 

David Hamm, senior at duPont Manual High School has committed to Washington University in St. Louis.

Amy Adams, senior at Ashland Blazer has committed to run for Thomas More College next year.

To hear Trevor Dunbar tell it, Solomon Haile slithered away gracefully. There was no great move, no defining surge, no decisive burst. It was simply a methodical sharpening of the pace that, before those with him noticed, turned into an insurmountable margin.

Mission Prep senior Jordan Hasay used a late surge to become just the fourth repeat girls champion in the 30-year history of the Foot Locker CC Championships.

Kentucky College Individual Rankings for the 2009 Indoor Season.  The University of Louisville, Murray State University, Western Kentucky University, and Northern Kentucky University have started the Indoor Season already.

On a day that was better suited to fireplaces and video games, several Kentucky athletes ran in the Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships at Voice of America Park in West Chester, Ohio.  Windblown snow and cold contributed to a very challenging day for harriers.

Two strong Kentucky squads made their presence known at the 2008 AAU National in Decatur, Alabama.  Westside Track Club produced an Intermediate Boys National Champion team and Derby City Athletic Club provided a pair of National Champion teams in the Youth Boys and Young Women divisions.

Mark Rowe, Head Coach at Green County High School and Kentucky Ambassador for Nike is serving as the Regional Individual Manager for the Southeast at Nike Team Nationals this weekend.  He will be updating KYtrackXC.com's readers about his travels to Portland.  This is the first installment.
