Kevin Castille, M40, really loves California. Specifically, Palo Alto, California. In early April Castille, a Kentucky resident, was named USATF athlete of the week for the week of April 2- 8 for his American masters record smashing track 10k run of 28:57.88 at the Stanford Invitational on April 6th. He obviously likes the cross country trek to Stanford track as he raced there again on April 29th to another American record, this time in the 5k running 14:00.09. Castille also runs well in his home state as he did on April 19th running the 1500 in 3:54.68 at the Eastern Kentucky University Open in Richmond, Kentucky.
