ST. LOUIS--The Bellarmine University men's and women's cross country teams swept the team championships at the 2010 St. Louis Fall Cross Country Classic.

On the men's side, the 8k race's top eight finishers were all Bellarmine Knights with Jordan Parayil edging Alex Jones by less than six seconds to post the individual victory.

For the women, Lindsay Boyce was the top finisher for the Knights and third overall with a 5K time of 19:17.33.  She was followed closely by Maggie Wagner, who finished fourth overall with a time of 19:33.78.

The next race scheduled for the Knights is the GLVC Championshps on Nov. 6.  Both men's and women's events will be held at Kenosha, Wisc.
