Varsity Boys Athlete of the Week

Robert Sandlin - Franklin County

Sandlin, a senior at Franklin County won the St. Henry Invitational on Saturday with a 16:04.07.  The #1 ranked runner in Class AA defeated several ranked AAA runners at St. Henry after being out for three weeks. 

 

Varsity Girls Athlete of the Week

Maggie Mattingly - John Hardin

Mattingly, a senior at John Hardin has quietly won her last four races this season including a victory Saturday at the DeSales Invitational.  On a tough McNeely Lake course, she cruised to the win in 19:59. 

 

Middle School Boys Athlete of the Week

Mason Stevens - Pulaski County

Stevens, an eighth grader running for Pulaski County won the Pulaski County Invitational Middle School race Saturday.  He won the 4000 Meter Run in 15:07.  He leads the KYtrackXC.com #1 ranked Pulaski County Middle School Team.

 

Middle School Girls Athlete of the Week

Ciara Scott - St. Joseph School

Scott, an eighth grader at St. Joseph School in Bowling Green won the Middle School girls race at the Wildcat Wilderness Invitational Saturday.  Her winning time was 12:47.64.
