Leading the way for Virginia was Mary Caroline Heinen of Maggie Walker. She not only PR'd but absolutely demolished her previous best to the tune of a 17:42 6th place finish. She was joined by one of her best friends in Atlee's Rachel Mudd who finished 9th in 17:54. Ava Hassebrock was then 10th in 17:59. All three girls now rank VA #1, VA #2, and VA #3.

Just outside of the top 10 but also medaling was Lindsey Hester (18th - 18:17) and Kaitlynn Wolfe (20 - 18:21).
