KYtrackXC.com Presents: The Middle School Focus

 

KYtrackXC.com presents a new weekly feature THE MIDDLE SCHOOL FOCUS. These young runners are the stars of tomorrow and are working hard daily to do their best, so they deserve a little attention each week. 
 
This past Saturday there was a Middle School competition at the KTCCCA Indoor Meet in Maysville and a three Middle School runners made the trip to Indiana on Sunday to run with the high schoolers at the Indiana TC Indoor Open.
 
 
Girls Highlights
 
The Ladies of Rockcastle County won the Middle School team title with 95 points including victories by Alyssa Allen in the High Jump and Amy Johnson in Shot Put. The Knoxsville Track Club (TN) finished 2nd with 83 points.

The Knoxsville Track Club won the Boys Competition with 62 points followed by Mason County with 44 points.
