The best race of the day may very well be the girls 4x400 with Bullis (MD) and Oak Park (MI) setting themselves apart from the crowd. Oak Park came in last season and ran the US #1 time of 3:45.00 and set the meet record. Bullis held their own and ran the US #2. Will these teams break the 3:40 mark? If the race sets up for a head to head duel then we could see one of the all time great 4x400 races. Watch last year's race HERE
The girls 4x800 has six teams with entry times below the field house record of 9:29.08 set in 2004. This group is led by Centerville (OH), Noblesville (IN), and Beavercreek (OH). Will any of these groups hit those times and set a new record?
