The KTCCCA has heard the sentiments of the coaches, parents, athletes, and fans. For the 2016 Meet of Champions, there will be a schedule for the award presentations. This is a TENTATIVE schedule. I cannot stress that point enough. As the presenter of those awards, I know it is an exciting time for the athletes, coaches, and parents, so please understand that we will do our best to adhere to the schedule. One thing is for sure, we will not get AHEAD of schedule.
The times set will allow for ample time to challenge any results or fix any human errors. The timers at this meet do a PHENOMENAL job and have a huge task on their hands with getting timely results that are accurate.
The medals for places 11-50 will be given out in a similar fashion as in the past. There will be table set up by the stage to get those medals. There will be a well defined line for athletes to get in for receiving these awards. Please do not get in line unless you are receiving a medal. Please check the results prior to getting in line. This table will have all 50 medals for the OPEN division races.
The Championship races will have team awards and top 10 individuals presented on stage at the set times. We will not get ahead of schedule, but ideally we will be RIGHT on time! Obviously, this is contingent upon the accuracy of results and changes that need to occur, but with the built in lag time we should be ok to present at these times.
The time schedule is as follows:

| 12:00 | 4th & Under 1 hour after the start of the 4th & under boys championship (last championship race in division). 30 minutes after the boys open race |
| 2:00 | 6th & Under 1 hour after the start of the 6th & under boys championship (last championship race in division). 30 minutes after boys open race. |
| 4:00 | Middle School 1 hour after the start of the middle school boys championship (last championship race in division). 30 minutes after the combined open race. |
