Dear Coaches,
You are invited to participate in the 15h annual EG Plummer Cross Country Invitational held at Danville High Schools Admiral Stadium. We have a tough course that is arguably one of the best maintained courses in Kentucky. Hopefully, it will help your team improve during the important early part of the season. We always have plenty of good concessions, awards, and competition. Centre College will again be hosting their invitational in the morning right before our meet and that might be something your runners would want to watch. Leslie Smith Timing Inc., will be handling Hytek the day of the meet.
Entries will be submitted on kymilesplit website under the meet link.

Elem Girls (5th and under) 11:30am 1.1 $20
Elem Boys (5th and under) 11:45am 1.1 $20
MS Girls (8th and under) 12:00pm 1.8 $25
MS Boys (8th and under) 12:30pm 1.8 $25
Varsity Girls 1:30pm 3.1 $35
Varsity Boys 2:15pm 3.1 $35
Varsity Race limited to 10 runners per team
Middle and elementary unlimited.
THERE ARE NO INDIVIDUAL FEES IF YOU HAVE RUNNERS IN A RACE, YOU MUST PAY THE TEAM FEE

Trophies for 1st through 10th place and ribbons for 11th through 30th place in all races
Trophies for 1st and 2nd place for teams in each race
Large concession stand and 2016 EG Plummer Meet t-shirts
Hy-Tek timing and scoring
Large finish-line clock
Well-marked and maintained course
Tents
Tents may be set up in Tent City only, located around the large blue anchor in front of Admiral Stadium. This is conveniently located near the restrooms and the Hy-Tek scoring table where race results will be posted.
Parking
Parking is located on the stadium grounds.
Admission
There will be a $2 admission fee per car collected upon entry.
