Out of all the states, especially those outside of the Northeast, Virginia has faired extremely well at the Penn Relays Carnival. We have won every relay distance and have actually proven to be one of the few states to best Jamaica over the past 50 years. Below is our Virginia Penn Relays Hall of Fame of such.
