8 Very Bold Things This Outdoor Season WILL Bring

Let's preface this list with the soon to be very obvious fact that this list is a set of some very bold predictions that we not only feel are possible this year but that would be totally awesome to see as well. With all that being said, here are ten things Outdoor Track & Field Season will bring us.

1. Andrew Hunter is going to go 8:08 to win the Penn Relays 3K and then have watches for both arms.

Last year we knew Drew was good but it wasn't until Penn Relays that we found out he is a bona fide superstar. Last year he went 8:16.31 to run a sophomore national record in the event and take home the victory. This really cemented him as one of the biggest players in the game and he soon followed that performance up with a national runner-up placing in the 2 Mile at NBNI outdoors.

This season though the script has changed. He went 14:36 in cross, finished fourth out in San Diego (FL Nationals), and just won the national indoor two mile (8:48.22). He is going to be a beast this outdoor season and the whole country better start paying attention and it all is going to start in Philadelphia in April.
