RICHMOND, Ky. Eastern Kentucky University sophomore guard Michaela Hunter has been named the National Mid-Major Women's Basketball Player of the Week by College Sports Madness.
Hunter averaged 29.0 points-per-game in EKU's two road victories over Murray State and Tennessee Tech last weekend. The Mt. Vernon, Kentucky native poured in a career-high 40 points
