High School Boys - Jonathan Taylor (Portland Christian)
Taylor, a senior finished 2nd overall at Tiger Run on opening weekend. He blasted through the mile in the lead and held on to finish with a 16:17, a 26 second improvement from 2012. The Class A runner is currently ranked #2 in the latest KYtrackXC.com State Rankings.
High School Girls - Michaela Reinhart (Lexington Catholic)
Reinhart, a freshman pulled a W in her first career high school XC race. She won the Tiger Run with a 19:16.18, taking victory by over seven seconds. She is currently ranked #2 in Class AA in the latest KYtrackXC.com State Rankings.
